March 8th is International Women’s Day - a vital opportunity to highlight the indispensable role of women across all business sectors and to encourage global recognition that, in turbulent times women have, and always will, keep the world moving forward.

Honouring the combination of tradition and enterprise.
Spring is on the horizon bringing us leafy greens, root vegetables and the vibrant colour of carrots, blood oranges and purple sprouting broccoli. With the Middle East very much in our minds, and International Women's Day on March 8th we are delighted to collaborate with Chef Abeer from A Pinch of Yemen for one of our seasonal menus.
Yemen offers a rich culinary tradition that's distinct from its neighbours, shaped by centuries of trade along ancient spice routes and the country's diverse landscape from coast to mountains. From volcanic stone bowls to underground ovens, these techniques create deeply flavoured dishes meant for sharing. Yemen is the birthplace of coffee and produces world famous honey. We hope you will enjoy the menu Abeer has prepared for us.
